 ATV/UTV Club of North Carolina

Club Rules

  1. All Members must have an ATV. Additional family members are not required to have an ATV to participate with Club functions.

  2. All members must be 18 years or older unless they join as a family member under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian.

  3. All Club members must own and wear a helmet during all club trail rides. Exhibition rides such as Parades may be exempt from this rule.

  4. No drinking of alcoholic beverages on the trail is allowed during any club ride  (Social drinking is acceptable after the trail ride such as during "camp n ride" weekends).

  5. Use of illegal drugs may result in termination of membership by the Board of Directors.

  6. Although this has never been a problem, fighting will not be tolerated. Disputes will be handled thru the Board of Directors. Their decision will be by majority vote and will be final.

  7. Club meetings will be held monthly on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.  Gathering will begin at 6:00 and the meeting will start at 6:30 PM.  The meeting will take place at Golden Corral Restaurant located at Hanes Mall in Winston Salem, NC Any changes to this date or location will be relayed to members via E mail and posted on the club's information Forum as soon as they are known.

  8. Annual membership dues should be paid before or during the first club meeting in January. Personal checks, cash, and Paypal are accepted.

  9. Information about club events, rides, and club meeting minutes will be sent to club members by Email or posted on the clubs information  Forum.

  10. It is the responsibility of club members to inform the Board of any changes in address, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc.

  11. The Board of Directors reserves the right to accept or reject any membership application.

  12. The Board of Directors reserves the right to terminate membership if a violation is committed and or the majority of the Board votes to do so.

  13. I know as a club member I will ride at my own risk. Club members or Board of Directors will not be held responsible for any injuries or property damage committed by me. 

  14. Guest riders under 18 years of age must be supervised by the inviting adult Club member.  Guest riders are not the responsibility of the Club.
